Section 8. Confirmation of orders and delivery

Each order you place on our site will be followed by a communication via email which will confirm receipt of the order, summarize the details of the order and the data to be able to make the payment. The products are shipped by SDA courier. The shipping cost is free.


With the SDA courier, throughout Italy with home delivery within 10 days, throughout the national territory (Monday to Friday). For all other countries in the world, delivery times vary according to the country of destination.

Delivery attempts

Two free delivery attempts are made for each shipment. If in both cases the recipient is absent, he can collect the shipment at the SDA point. closer. In the event that collection does not take place, the package will be returned to the sender, without any refund for the recipient.

Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery of the products)

The cost of the cash on delivery is included in the final price. Cash on delivery is valid only for Italy. Any refusal or non-payment will be prosecuted according to current legislation.

Check your shipments

Consult the online service online to find out about the status of shipments, up to arrival at destination, complete with delivery time.

Delivery will usually take place in the central hours of the day from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to request a precise delivery time. Packaging and shipping are carried out with the utmost care and attention, but if something does not satisfy you, please let us know.

Method of payment

Payment for the products ordered can be made by:

For other forms of payment, please contact us. If you decide to cancel an order before it has been processed, the entire amount paid will be credited back to you, if instead you cancel it after shipment (see Right of withdrawal, below) the amount net of postage will be credited back to you.


Section 9. Shipping methods offered for shipping

The shipment will be made with the SDA courier and the shipment tracking number and the notification will be sent once the items have been shipped. Leads Marketing Srls cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the transport company.

The customer is responsible for the order once the package arrives at the delivery address provided. We cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing once delivered.

If goods are received damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them.

Leads Marketing Srls may contact the customer for updates on shipping.



All our shipments are followed up with the utmost care by the shipping agent, each package is packaged in a box or padded envelope.

SECTION 12 - Sshipping costs

Unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase, when we ship a physical product, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling charges to your order. Unless otherwise stated, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your order within a reasonable time of receipt of your properly completed and verified order. Accurate shipping address and phone number information is required. While we may provide delivery or shipping times or dates, these dates are estimates and are subject to change. If your order is delayed we will contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you or you wish to cancel your order, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount charged. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery caused by any third party carrier or other delivery service not owned or controlled by us. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to any third party carrier.

The items will be shipped within 2 working days, unless a specific arrangement has been made. The courier indicated follows the shipment at a flat rate for each supplier.

Please note the shipping costs on the "Item detail" page of each item. Resellers are required to pay the shipping rate shown with the cost of the goods purchased. Suppliers are not responsible for shipping costs. When the retailer pays for the items, the shipping costs will automatically be added to their invoice. Once the product has been shipped to a customer, the supplier is required to include the tracking number under the purchase order entry.
