Refund policy

Section 10. Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99 and subsequent amendments mm. ii. you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from the day you receive the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us of your decision by e-mail, and then return the products intact and in their original packaging. The shipment of the products to the sender is at your expense and under your responsibility. Do not return the products with cash on delivery payment methods, as they will not be accepted. As soon as we have received the products and checked the conditions of the latter, we will refund the sums paid, excluding shipping costs.

If the ordered products are not collected and returned to the sender, you will still be required to pay the postage costs incurred by us for the shipment and for the return of the package. Perishable or custom-made products, open or partially used products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is applicable only and exclusively for purchases with advance payment (NO CASH ON DELIVERY) and for Italy - Islands included. We would like to point out that all our products are made to measure, as they are handcrafted. Therefore please always contact us to check the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

SECTION 11- Rrefunds

  1. You must request a refund in writing by contacting bio@biobeauteshop. com
  2. The refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase;
  3. You must immediately return the goods to LEADS MARKETING SRLS, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by e-mail after requesting a refund;
  4. Goods must be returned to LEADS MARKETING SRLS in as new or resalable condition.

SECTION 11 - Return procedure

In case of received damaged items or received wrong items, Please contact us by phone or email with photographic evidence. After our inspection, we will decide on one of three options:

  • Damage grants a discount
  • Damage warrants a refund
  • Damage guarantees a new item will be sent.

In the event that the final customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, he has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of part or all of the goods covered by an order without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason, pursuant to art. 5 of D. L 205/2006 and subsequent amendments. mm. ii. To withdraw from the purchase, you must communicate this intention no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made by email or fax to be confirmed within the following 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to the address communicated, and must specify the products purchased, the relative order number and the will to withdraw from the purchase . The sales service of Bio Beautè  will reply via e-mail authorizing the return of the goods. The shipment of returned products can be made by any means chosen by the customer, but registered mail is recommended. However Bio Beautè will in no case accept return shipments on delivery. The shipping costs will therefore be charged to the customer. Once the products subject to withdrawal have been received  Bio Beautè  will promptly, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal from the purchase, refund the sums paid for the purchase of products.
Warning: The following will not be accepted for replacement:

- Products without original packaging

- Products damaged due to improper treatment of the customer

- Parcels sent back on delivery or carriage forward
